Her eyes draw you in but her expression says stay awayOkay, so, my April Fools: had a deeper meaning: there are some people who you SHOULDN'T listen to. No matter how honey laced their words. She is one of them. The Toxic Personality. This girl is a manipulator, engineering your world to cater for hers. Her needs come first and she'll guilt you into doing things for her. It's easy to not realise, to think she has good intentions and needs help, she's sweet when she needs to be, but really, she knows exactly what shes doing- using you.
These kind of people need to not be listened to. Value your worth and associate with people who appreciate it

You usually draw the kinder half of all stories, so this was kinda a plot twist for your gallery.

Really nice piece, a lot darker than i'm used to seeing from you Miss Blue. I like the extra layer of meaning with the snake bites though, interesting little allusion. Fantastic job as ever, my dear. I can't wait to see your next piece

Definitely have that kind of person in my life...not always done towards me, but I know what they're like and they will continue to persue who they want for what they want until it's given to them =/

Toxic people / relationships are a very real thing indeed, add to that the fact there is *inconscious* manipultion along with conscious manipulation, be it by education, self-defense or survival reflexes, but with the same consequences nonetheless.
One should indeed protect oneself against such behavior. Can be pretty destructive.
Anyway.
Again, you rendered the thought very well in terms of expression, color scheme and lighting. Dark, cold, with toxic-wastey-eyes. (it took me a few seconds to notice the radioactive symbols Inside her pupils, too...). Intense "hateful" / "angry" expression too. Intense picture as a whole, in fact.

Wonderful, wonderful work!! Actually, just last week, I've had to let go of a very close friend because she was, as you say, "Toxic". It was really hard and I didn't want to hurt her, but seeing this pic and caption helps me believe in myself and be more confident in my decision. Funny how things pop up like that, so relevant to your life at that moment, eh?
