Incidentally, anyone else with a decent amount of 3D rendering knowledge, especially where it comes to posing and how bones and inverse kinematics work, can use the same method as I do to produce sample poses. The program, TrueSpace 3.2, is free and comes with the artist's dummy model as used here, although I had to fiddle with the degree of freedom in the joints to allow for the same range of movement as a human would get since for some unknown reason they'd decided to replicate the artist's dummy pretty much exactly, and artist's dummys never have the same range of movement as a human being either.

Still, a useful free tool nonetheless.
