Hi, how did you do that? how could you get the water so lighten and the sky darker?
It is like there is a lamp over the water, but just for the water. A mix of 2 shots maybe?

one word: longexposure = smooth water
the rest was the just the weather (conditions) and a lot of luck to get that kind of light that day.
