Description Very, very loosely based off a dream.

Androgg are humanoid creatures who's skin is eerily reminiscent of clothing. They assume two different lifestyles in two separate dimensions. One of these dimensions is similar to, if not exactly like our own. The other is an endless stretch of flat land in a realm devoid of color or texture. A bulk of the species seem to live in the latter area, where they resemble small psuedo-humanoids and seem to do nothing except cry and be preyed upon by larger inhabitants, where they are ultimately destroyed and reincarnated elsewhere. The species themselves is either unaware of or unwilling to break the cycle, and most laboratory experiments conclude that Androgg have complex brains... they just don't use them.

Every now and then, one of the Androgg will reincarnate in the other dimension, where their physiology changes and their behavior alters from helpless prey to cunning predator. Their appearance often remains the same, but they become fundamentally different on an anatomical scale: their "heads" now serving as a lure for predators and the curious. When these differing cousins of the Androgg race sense weakness or opportunity, their "heads" shrivel and their skin warps to reveal an entirely different, predatory appearance, with the inclusion of a secondary face-mouth formed from their "hood". If this more dangerous variety is killed, it simply circulates back into the other dimension. It is supposedly impossible to "kill" an Androgg, and any terminated in the "predator phase" dimension will inevitably return. All remember how they died, and may go through extreme lengths in the name of revenge.

It should be noted that "Androgg" is a name given to the species. When questioned, Androgg universally refer to their individual selves as "Right Brain." Every specimen labels itself as such, though there is no explanation why and it has been surmised as just another oddity of the species. Perhaps even stranger is the slight resemblance these creatures have to the equally immortal "Andrew".
