Rook is a former rookie Lone Star in the Division of Paranormal Investigations (DIPS). She is a physical adept, which is why she was selected to join the DIPS. However, shortly after she joined the Star, Kenneth Brackhaven replaced the Star with Knight Errant. Rook then took up Shadowrunning and developed a dangerous bias against Knight Errant, which can cause trouble for her partners in crime.
