False on several levels, Cozy had her chance to be a better Pony in the school itself but she sold them out.

Chrysalis rejecting Starlight wasn't a logical choice oh, she was just selfish. Especially since it was revealed that her entire Hive benefited from finding a different way to feed and yes she made it clear that she wanted to go back to the old days because she was in power. And she NEVER revealed that she wanted to be good. If that were the case then she wouldn't have tried to rip off Spike's wings.

You don't get to complain about Twilight not caring about lives when these three were willing to let Equestria freeze over, which would have killed hundreds, just so the ponies would automatically come to them for leadership and defense.

And on a final note, they aren't dead, they're in suspended animation, there's a difference.

Anyone can be a good person if they try, but they have to WANT to be a better person. Twilight’s been embodying friendship for so long, I doubt she can even comprehend the idea that there are some who don’t want to change their ways.
