Is Adidas too aggressive in protecting its "three stripes" trademark?Also, a number of characters in The Loud House wear shoes with three parallel stripes - could Adidas go after Nickelodeon for trademark infringement?
There have been a number of "three stripes" infringement cases involving shoes and apparel with two or four parallel stripes; one of the most notable was Payless Shoes.
