Eve though Ambassador Frisk has Sans and Papyrus to protect her, they can't do everything! The Royal Guard is a mixed detail of monsters and humans tasked with protecting the embassy and acting as a ceremonial Guard of sorts. They are usually armed with simple rifles and sabres. (Not depicted in picture)

The uniform design is influenced by the Royal Guard at Buckingham Palace. I kinda winged the coloring.
