Description
A member of the rogue Decepticon faction lead by Liege Maximo that terrorises Cybertron, Blackout is captain of the Decepticon Heavy Brigade, an airborne heavy assault unit including the like of fellow heavy hitting fliers such as Incinerator and Buzzbomb. Blackout's unit are infamous for being able to singlehandedly wipe out capital ships within an hour. Frighteningly efficient, their powers is feared among over cells of the Decepticons.

Blackout himself is extremely efficient himself, often being sent into clear out bases belonging to organic alliance such as the Galactic Council, leaving few alive with his vast array of weapons, while sending his Action Master drone Sandsting after the survivors, whose spear-like tail impales can impale multiple organics in a single stab. Blackout never tolerates failure, and will often taunt other cells whose success rates do not match his own team's.

No-one actually knew where Blackout came from. Many reports state that he was initially forged as minibot, though they seem to be uncertain whether his initial form was that of a jet or a radar-truck, with some reports even claiming he used to be a V-TOL equipped bird. Regardless of his origin, the Blackout of the past is no longer inside the frightening Captain who exists today.
