Description
It was an April, sweet but dull,As I sat there, my face so green, oh!
How I was confused, and did mull
on how to pronounce Mocha Chocha Frappacino
A phrase of ulcerous proportions,
so frightening in its complexity
they could have put it up on auction,
lest all the bidders in terror do flee.
With a shudder and a shake,
I did order this monstrous drink,
with coffee, and icecream, and chocolate flake!
how wondrous, I never did stop to think.
So sweet and so sumptuous
like a long lost autumn evening
The calories rushed to my bum, tuous.
As I sat, thinking of a child so teething.
As I sit so lonely,
in this land of waste,
I cry for one thing only,
So many milkshakes, but why no paste?

I should like to add that Caroline's contribution to dA has been vital in motivating the work staff in their creation of much needed pastual products. Perhaps one day we will topple even the mighty Starbucks, with our new brand of freshly brewed drinks!
I jest not.

Caroline, how serious it is is up to you. I had the thought for this poem when a friend of mine from Dubai came up to visit and we went for coffee. What a tit I made of myself when I went up to order the drinks! Can't they just called it a Chocolate-coffee-milkshake? Perhaps "CCM 2k3" if they were to modernise?!
wtf - Its a real question. We see so much milkshake in this world, but where IS the paste? I've looked in my cupboard, under the bed, behind the TV... but I can't find any! I have to resort to making my own paste, but the workload of one man is not sufficient.

Increasingly relvent in our modern society, you speak of coffee from an objective viewpoint, taking into account all the pressures of the world today.
Woot, good poem
