So I decided to draw Penny from TAWOG, because i've been binging it lately, and Penny's new design just seemed really appealing to me, I guess. For now i'm going to stick to the simpler side of art, because i'm not using very high tech apps or anything. Also, I think i'm still needing to develop a little, too.
