don't know what plant it is, but the strange anchor of its blossom amuses me. Thanks to the bee that posed so wonderfully for this shot.update on request: this shot has been done with a canon power shot s10, no surpreme lens, just a simple digicam.

that's a beautiful colour, and a great moment to capture! more macro would have been nice, but this image rocks just as it is, cause we can see the whole flower, and therefore get the proportions of the bee.
