I like the general lighting and the overall feel of the picture, plus an appropriate depth of field, but I think perhaps it would've been better to have the reflection of the watch on the right side instead, because towards the center it distracts from the adorned texture of the watch. Plus perhaps a narrower crop (on the sides) would help focus your subject.
