a little bit of constructive commentary on this piece:
the lack of a lower body, to me, feels like a cop-out? like, you can draw the rest of the body. we all know you're capable!
also, the eye (on the right side) looks a little bit too far to the right.
also, maybe make the shoulder a little bit curved? plus the arm and paw look a little too thick. The head also is really big, though that could just be a stylistic choice.
but other than that, this is a really pretty piece. the lines are thin (but smooth and consistent!) and the "anime" style eyes are really cute!
