One of my favorite Pokémon luckily to be in my top ten!
It's a water type Pokémon and is one of the three starters of Johto.
(Along with Chikorita and Cyndaquil.)
Available at the beginning of Pokémon: Gold Silver, Crystal, HeartGold and SoulSilver.
