I wanted to play with trippy colors and thought Ghost Rider would be a good place to start. The bar is kind of supposed to look like it has extended into the infinite, like the use of Ghost Rider's Penance Stare would distort the perception of everyone around the primary victim, who is immolated from the inside. This was done completely in photoshop.
