I think that the mini on here is done nicely, especially around the headlamps, but the details on the wheels seem to be missing. I think that this piece would look slightly better if it was a little bit bigger, perhaps with a border just to finish it off.

I don't think the shadows of the buildings in the background would be so great, I'd just try removing them to keep things simple.

You might want to try a gradient for the skyline, the little sun rays there could extend a little bit further perhaps, also they could be smoother.

Just some ideas there, hope they are of some use
