Description: Feared by all pokemon and pokemon trainers alike, Incargon are rarely seen on earth. They are said to reside in the underworld, where pokemon pass after death.
The Origins of Gyarados and the Myth of the Bet between Incargon and Dusknoir:
There is an ancient myth, passed down from generations of villagers near the Lake of Rage. It is said that Incargon made a bet with Dusknoir that it could change a very weak pokemon into a strong and feared pokemon. And so, Incargon gave power to Magikarps around the world to be forced to monstrously evolve into a raging Gyarados. Lost in defeat, Dusknoir left earth, only to appear between life and death, damned to the same job of making pokemon cross from both worlds, for eternity.
