Description (Dragon Ball Vs Ben 10)

"Ultimate Perfection"

Connections

- Artificially created and genetically engineered lab-experiments, holding the genetic components of other characters including a redeemed rival (the Z-Fighters, with Vegeta and Piccolo, and Kevin Levin), with the ability to absorb other life-forms (Aggregor absorbs through touch and leaves desiccated bodies where Imperfect Cell "drinks" victims of their life force through the proboscis on his tail and leaves nothing behind), developed by a cold-hearted yet brilliant and cunning scientist (Doctor Gero and Servantis) who work under an unforthcoming and secretive organization (The Red Ribbon Army and the Rooters) and hold a strong hatred for the main protagonist (Son Goku and Ben Tennyson). Both would be developed under a project, alongside other experiments, and were the replacement plans after the failure of those previous experiments (The Red Ribbon Androids and the Amalgam Kids) with the goal of eliminating the main heroes of their respective series (The Red Ribbon Androids were to avenge the army's destruction at the hands of Goku and the Amalgam Kids were to kill Ben, stemming from Servantis' underlying fear that power like the Omnitrix should never have come into the hands of someone like him).

- After being 'released' (Cell killing Future Trunks and stealing his Time Machine, going back to the standard timeline, and the Rooters wiping Aggregor's mind and setting him free on the universe), both would develop strategic, cautious, cunning and knowledgeable characteristics yet with a slight arrogant and egotistical behavior. All of these traits would make them completely single-minded in the pursuit of their goals, those being to absorb all powers and abilities of several individuals (Android 17 and Android 18, in Cell's case, and the Andromeda Five, in Aggregor's case) in order to achieve a new form (Perfect Cell and Ultimate Aggregor), attain a new form of being (Cell wanting to attain perfection after absorbing 17 and 18 and Aggregor wanting to attain omnipotence after absorbing an infant Celestialsapien) and display this power to the universe at large (Cell wanting to unleash annihilation upon the universe and on anything he considered imperfect and Aggregor wanting to possess ultimate power in order to control the entire universe).

- Beginning their journeys, both would invade residences (Cell would invade several towns, more specifically Gingertown, and Aggregor would invade the planets of the Andromeda Five, more specifically Aldabra), draining and absorbing it's residents in the process.

- Eventually, both would encounter and confront the protagonists, battling a fusion in the process (Piccolo fused with Kami and Ben fused with Ra'ad), in addition to main protagonist's reformed rival perceiving their destinies reflected in this new antagonist (After merging with Kami, Piccolo takes offense to Cell absorbing people and personally tried to chase him down due to in his Imperfect form, Cell representing what Piccolo would be like if he never met Gohan and became like his father while Kevin, being an Osmosian himself, feels a natural responsibility to take down Aggregror, seeing as Aggregor is basically Kevin if he didn't reform: sadistic, merciless, and with the power to absorb energy, complete with his body mutating to accommodate the stolen alien power). [Too add: This connection also works with Vegeta as in his Semi-Perfect form, Cell is Vegeta if he never settled down on Earth and became completely ruled by his pride and arrogance].

- Several altercations would ensue between the main team of heroes' (the Z-Fighters and Team Tennyson) and the beings they desired to absorb (the Z-Fighters battling the Androids and Team Tennyson battling Bivalvan, P'andor and Ra'ad) which, despite the team's best efforts, would slowly but surely result in all of them being captured and absorbed by the antagonist, resulting in their deaths.

- After the absorption process, their bodies would mutate and they would reach their apex form (Perfect Cell and Ultimate Aggregor). As they became more powerful, their arrogance and aggression increased, becoming far more narcissistic in these forms while still keeping their ruthlessly, sadistic and snarky personality traits, relishing in seeing people terrified, while also gaining a laid-back attitude, not losing any form of his composure. These new forms also made them hodgepodges of various species most of if not all being alien in nature (Saiyan, Namekian, Frieza Race, Earthling and several others in Cell's case and Osmosian, Orishan, Geochelone Aerio, Prypiatosian-B, Talpaedan and Amperi in Aggregor's case), also gaining their abilities in the process.

- Finally, both would be eventually deafeted by the deuteragnist rather than the main character (Gohan and Kevin respectively), who they shared a connection with and parallel (Gohan sees Cell as if he embraced the rage of a Super Saiyan and becomes an uncaring monster who only lives to destroy and Kevin seems to be aware of how similar he and Aggregor are, and has apparently taken this to heart given how intense he is about stopping him), causing the sacrife of a hero to truly be stopped (Goku sacrificing his life and Kevin sacrificing his sanity).
