Yes, yes I am aware this is 1 hour after the deadline, but in my defense I went to submit before Midnight, and the DA login was down due to maintance issues. Regardless, if you still won't accept it I understand.

Rapture Dress Sphere

Basic Concept: Selphie done right

Ok, the idea behind this design is taking a character who had a good design setup (obviously being Selphie) but who we thought was not done to it's full potential, and making it so through Rikku. After talking about it, all three of us had different idea's to portray it. Unfortunatly, one of us had their scanner break, and the other ended up going with a whole different design all together, so we are only able to actually display the one idea above. But in all honesty, we don't care as much that product fits with our design so much as we want the overall concept to be portrayed as best as possible (in other words, whatever fits best for the general idea, use, and feel free to change anything here to do that)

Abilites: In the most simple sense, she would fight with nunchaku like Selphie did. In addition to this she can cast Wall nearly at will in order to manipulate her enviroment to trap or crush her opponent (as one of Selphie's limits was Wall), or to defend herself. We also talked about possibly having it so her chain can extend to a significant length, but never decided whether this was best or not.

And finally, as her last move...The End. We are intentionally not stipulating what this should be exactly. Rather, all we ask is two things. One, that it is *not* what Selphie did in FF8 (biggest letdown ever). Two, it justifies the name "The End".

As a final small note, in one of our renditions of the Rapture Dress Sphere that couldnt be submitted due to faulty scanner issues, we had Rikku with her hair let down, but parts still in braids. I just wanted to point this out because it looks pretty sweet, and if it isn't used with this idea, then somewhere else would be really awesome
