Expanding my forest painting skills
I had that little idea in my silly head, that deers could be an equestrianΒ equivalent of elves, in which existence no one believes, but then DHX came and destroyed all the head canons. I don't mind though. It's their job to set up the lore and My deers are more sentient variant, like diamond dogs (though less retarded)Hey, I decided maybe i should do commissions for anyone willing out there

Like a chunk of the whole payment at a time as you make progress with the piece. Like, pay a third when you sketched it out, a third for when it's inked, and another third for when it's completely finished.

I just hope DHX gets more autonomy.Β All of them could draw from tons of lore to setup some great stories.Β At the moment however, I fear that DHX's creative freedoms are being strangled by Hasbro in an attempt to reign in the show, bringing it back to the original goal of hawking goods onto little kids.Β
Queen Chrysalis, Princess Luna and Celestia, and Discord remain my top favorite characters in the show for the lore that surrounds them.Β Windigos are also pretty awesome where they have a much darker lore to them.Β
With Deer, I could see them doing some self-discovery/journey for Fluttershy with a pure white deer/albino deer that guards a snowy mountain.Β Have the animal loving pony meet with a tribe of Buffalo to discover why it is so hostile and take it from there.

I don't think DHX having two deer in a background for 10 seconds in a petting zoo breaks anything. They had sheep in as petting zoo in the Crystal Empire, and there's a Goat in Fluttershy's place in numerous episodes (most notably the Rainbow Dash pet episode) and all of those can talk via some means.
In regards to Deer beings Elves and thus an unknown, while interesting, I find that sort of a fallacy. Whitetail Woods has to get it's name from somewhere, and the only thing with that name I can think of is a deer.
Regarding the picture itself, it's very detailed and nice. I'm especially interested in how the buck's antlers are literally tree branches; a nice touch, I'd say, as well as his goatee. Fluttershy for the most part looks good, though her jaw is very big. A litte more detail on the face of the young buck (in the middle of the three young deer) would help, as he seems sort of derp.

Whatever, everyone who's not a brony is tired of seeing MLP shit having infested every corner of the internet. There is no escaping it, the fandom is just retarded and people's entire personalities revolve around the fucking show. No other fandom does that. I quit TF2 where that shit ran rampant so thank god, but I still have to see it here. "We have the right to post it if you don't like it leave" blah blah I have a right to bitch and I like dA for other reasons. It's annoying when you see something you hate show up on the front page every fucking time you log on. And btw I tolerated bronies for like 1 year and a half, in TF2, I played on a server with them almost everyday because they were friendly, listening to their songs, hearing them talk about it. They were one of the more moderate MLP fanbases but they were still bronies. I eventually got tired of it. And I have a few brony Steam friends, it still doesn't change the fact I hate seeing this stuff all the time. I really do think the rest of it is a beautiful drawing though.
