Another one for Veto CCG.
Monks tend to their gardens while sun sets in the distance. A calm and peacefull scene, the atmosphere was supposed to convey what I feel thinking of monasteries.
Still, I have a feeling that there is something wrong with either colors or the compositon, that I cannot grasp. perhaps the problem lies with the values, which are all very mid-range, and there are no visible contrasts in the composition. All critique appreciated!
Photoshop&Wacom, around 3 hours.

Man, I really like this. I think you might be on to something with the values. Maybe fiddle with that a bit and see what you get. Maybe it's slightly right heavy? I dunno. You've nailed the the feel and atmosphere for sure. I want to go there in the midst of the peace and quite and hang out.
