Was spontaneously doodling at 5am and a wild Vaati appeared! Soon followed by a Four Swords!Zelda. Still a WIP, but it’s almost 7am and I have to get up to take the cat to the vet for some allergy shots.

I kind of have a headcanon that this Zelda in particular is a bit taller than Link and Vaati by an inch or three. This sort of goes with a story I was working on which involves Vaati (for reasons) deciding to put the kidnapped princess back where he found her, and having tasted FREEDOOOOOOM, she’s having none of that, so shenanigans occur.

Because seriously… aside from like… two authors, everything relatively recent involving Vaati as far as fanfiction goes is nothing but typical self insert Mary Sue-has-villain-fall-in-love-with-her fare.
