The Element: Water
this took quite a long time to do and was pretty challenging but i finished it
it's only 33 frames at 0.07 (ish)
i mite even do one for each of the other elements

This reminds me of the waterbending movements...I dunno if that was your intention or not, but the water does work with the martial art-like movements.
