Years had passed, he made an name for himself and never send for either one of them or sending any type of alimony causing her mother to resent both of them, mainly her since blamed them for ruining her life. Dana was basically left to either fend for herself or visit her grandmother who cared for her while her mother would party leaving her alone or bringing random men around making her uncomfortable, causing her to leave their home to her grandmother's or into the forest of the island, where she would meet her best friend Natalie Beck and the two bond over their parents, in starting an small relationship when she saw Natalie's training in her fists being damaged and bandaged them at times

She would always have her head in the books of all sorts healing, medicine, Semblances, Aura and Dust. She had enough skills and knowledge that became one of the island's doctors, everyone respected, loved and praised her work, everyone except her mother who left the island a few years after, Natalie leaving soon after and in learning her grandmother was dying, she was truly heartbroken in thinking maybe she was meant to be alone, her grandmother parted Dana with words of wised 'Live her life. When she found an chance to escape she took it, but unfortunately he knew she would most likely go to the Huntsmen and Huntresses reporting him and in so he hired mercenaries to go after her and in doing so she found by and reunited with an old friend Natalie Beck and her boyfriend Corey Smith they both along with their teammate Devlin Dracul fought to protect her, beating them all and inviting them to their home, happy to be with people she could trust. Feelings for Natalie resurfaced along with having an attraction to Corey as well, she would never ask Natalie to choose between them and in so, she entered an polyamorous relationship with them, loving it. She got along with Devlin perfectly fine, despite having another person in his house, she pulled her weight and contributed in rent, thought it was good having an medic on their team and viewed her as an little sister. She was good with Corey and Natalie's daughters Fantasia, Anya and Miri who all viewed her as an second mother.

She's very beautiful that she's admired by Natalie, Corey, Jade, Julie, Yang, Jaune, Nimueh and others. She's tough, loyal, kind, caring and compassionate. Between Natalie, Corey and Devlin, she's youngest and physically the weakest of the four, but despite not being physically strong like them she is quick and swift on her feet and will fight to protect herself, her friends and her family especially her daughters Fantasia, Anya and Miri.

Her Semblance Sakura Field allows her to generate pink petals around her flowing through the air and circling. Hindering whoever's inside, she can freely move through the flower petals to either attack without being seen or to escape.

Her weapon, Fortune's Point, is an comprised of a five-part segmented device with barrels on top where the senbon are loaded and soaked inside the barrels when the strings are pulled. Wires on the back of these facilitate the launching of the weapons, with an hidden blade connected underneath that she can easily unsheathe. It is usually kept on her left arm (very much the Wrist-Mounted Senbon Launcher in Naruto with an hidden blade from Assassin's Creed)
