Sephy is probably my fav design out of the 5 timelords as you may be able to tell. Can't wait to show her sometime down the line in DEVOID; she sometimes hops by neighboring universes to see how they're doing, scaring most dualities.

Also, I'll be keeping the assets for these little animation-esque things. I don't have an animation program and do these frame-by-frame (SAI doesn't allow you to rotate/transform/scale art without losing quality), so I'll hopefully mess around with an animation program sometime down the line.
