Description
This is one of my favourite dudes of the jungle. My personal project involved spending nights trekking through the rainforest with a torch on my head, pouncing on frogs in order to take measurements and record densities.

I grew to love them so much that I now have to name frogs as my favourite animals!

This is Rhacophorus appendiculatus - the Frilled Tree Frog. They were very friendly and most sat happily on your shoulder or hand, though when they decided they wanted to go, they sprung out of your grasp before you even knew what had happened! Most of our measuring time was spent chasing after the little critters to catch them again before they escaped. This resulted in many of our entries recorded as MIA...
