Taken from Liberty State Park, on September 11th, 2007.I love the way the flag movement is blurred still showing the canton moving "forward" as a sign of this country's strength.
Tripod mounted, f/5.6 aperture, 1.600 second exposure. Cropped and straightened in Jasc PSP.
