Here are some more 2 Minutes Poses, and as you can see i also recorded the process of drawing them!

(i changed my mind, i think it's better to start from the torso, too much emphasis is put on the head.. and in fact some people draw nice heads and not so nice figures.. i'm one of those. xD)Please Let Me Know if you found these poses/ video Useful!

You should try drawing the gesture first with long fluid lines.The goal is to capture the gesture and not details. Within 2 minutes nobody can draw the full figure with all muscles and details like you were trying to do. From a technical standpoint what you were doing is wrong. You work from point A to B and at the end everything falls apart because nothing is really connected.

There's also the cartoonist method where you start with a circle for a head and then the dynamic line for the spine and work from that way on. John Krikfausi and mentioned that. It's really made my poses more dynamic that way.

Oh man . . . these are some fantastic poses. I'm already trying to think of ways I could use them in some way shape or form in my own artwork.
