Conception of the series is to show five aspects of the soviet polygraphy in book covers. Disgarmonised and disgusting colores (Prism of daltonism), depressive and gloomy atmosphere (Prism of gloom), agressive and dark war-influenced nature (Prism of blackness), strong exposure to be worn-out and affected by time (Prism of dirt) and tendention to use barely noticeable thin embossing as an economical alternative to printing which requires ink (Prism of volume)
