Korra walks up to the apple tree then she picks one off but the tree grabs the apple and slapped Korra's hand.Korra: OW!
Apple tree: [Angrily.] What do you think you're doing?
Korra: We've been walking a long ways and I was hungry and...
Mako: [Realized.] Did you say something?!
Apple tree: She was hungry!
Apple tree 2: She was hungry!
Apple tree: [To Korra.] Well, how would you like to have someone come along and pick something off of you?
Korra: Oi, I keep forgetting we're in Republic City.
Mako: [Snaps.] That's my girlfriend you just hit, pal!
Scarecrow: Come along, Mako, this jerk's not worth it. Korra, you don't want any of those apples.
Apple tree: Are you hinting my apples aren't what they ought to be?
Scarecrow: Oh, no. It's just that she doesn't like little green worms, ya big, branchy stooge!
Apple tree: [Angrily, begins to attack them.] Why, you! [The tree tries to grab Korra which causes her to scream. Then Mako grabs her and rans way from the tree.]
Scarecrow: [Whispering to Korra and Mako.] I'll show you guys how to get apples. [Then she makes a face at a tree which causes him to throw apples at her, making her trip and the trees kept throwing apples at Korra, Mako and Scarecrow.] Ha, ha! Hooray! I guess that did it! Help yourselves.
Korra and Mako grabs some apples from the ground.
