Korra: It appears Minister Gulch's real name was Wicked Witch of the East and she came from Oz.

Mako: It's true. We saw her revealing her true form inside the cyclone. She's responsible for the assault of the cultural center.

Raiko: Wicked Witch of the East? Oz? Sounds like a made up excuse.

Korra: You know what, she and the Wicked Witch of the West were very much worse than Amon, Unalaq, and even you, Max Raiko!
