Korra: So you can make yourself emperor of your "United Nations of Raiko"? Not a chance!

Raiko: The Republic doesn't need you anymore. You were right, Oz does exist. The slippers shall reboot the Unite Republic Nations into the mighty Raiko Empire of the Republic, an empire no one can ignore. For a safe and secure society. No more wars, and no more crisis. But, Oz seems to be a threat to us since it was the Witch of the East that sent that tornado. It must be destroyed for the damage its done to Republic City.

Korra: [Snaps.] This is madness! You want to be emperor, and then you'll destroy Oz?

Weaver: [Confused.] Oz?

Mako: You are out of your mind, Raiko!

Raiko: Mako, I am surprised and disappointed in you. You were a a man of the law. You've sworn an oath, but, then you betray the Republic.

Mako: [Sarcastically with anger.] Uh, maybe I'm not a traitor, and neither is Korra! The only traitor I've ever seen is you!

Weaver: As lawyer by witness, I hereby sue you for theft! You, Max A. Raiko are President of the Republic no more. The citizens of the Republic shall remove you from office.

Raiko: I think not. I can not have any witnesses against me. Give me the slippers, Avatar. And we will let you and your fiancée and friend go free, and you will forget about this and the Oz world once and for all.
