This is my current progress for an villian/baddie OC I'm working on.Luci, or as she orders everyone to call her, Empress Luci, is the ruler of a dreamworld called Lucidity.
However, This isn't even her final form.
This is going to be the sample for my Original Character Commission I have set up. When this is done, It'll be available as a print, and will be in full color.
