Short Story Time:Hall Monitor Hallie patrolled the school halls as diligently as ever when she noticed something out of the blue…(or to be more accurate, something blue) There was an empty water bottle left littered on the floor, with Scooter ten feet away. With a scream and a sprint towards the sole suspect, she sought to put him in his place: a nearby trash can. Without even being able to react, Scooter was stuffed headfirst into the garbage along with his empty bottle. Hallie washed her hands of her dirty work by continuing her patrol and leaving the litterbug to his mess.
