Yes, this one uses a Cyntiq, Photoshop, and After Effects.

i have a pen and touch, i know its not the same, but would be anough to make the trick?

I draw directly into photoshop when I use a cyntiq.
But, most of the drawings in my gallery were pen/paper scanned into photoshop. So, yeah, anything can work, if you use it right!

Yeah, that's where I put all the photoshop drawings in order, time them, and convert the finished product into a video file (for the youtube version).
Then, for the gif version, I bring the video file back into photoshop and convert it to a gif
