It's Howl from Howl's Moving Castle- Miyazaki's best film ever!! :3
and he's looking Howl-licous... My favorite scene in the movie when he oozes green slime and I would love to do that, but I also really love how he looks with his blond hair and bright colored coat ^_^ you can almost tell that he's wearing perfume and must smell good
