This is brilliant!
I don't know if all of the symbols in it were put in intentionally, but... I find it hilarious how the apple, possibly a mere hommage to Ryuks apple obsession in the manga, instantly gets a second meaning here. It almost looks as if Ryuk was handing the apple to Light as a symbol of temptation, like the biblical apple. Which fits the story of the manga perfectly, because it was Ryuk's Death Note and he really, (OMGDEMSPOILORZ) intentionally tempted the formerly rather innocent Light to use it out of boredom. (OMGDEMSPOILORZOVER)
I'm probably just horribly spoiled by too many German lessons, but that just makes me chuckle away to no end.
Also, great work of course. The sheer amount of details and the atmospheric lighting in this picture are stunning.
