As the colors suggest this is about Hitomi and Shikari. Hitomi hates Shikari and considers her the worst enemy because of her success and abilities. Although she is a sharingan-user Hitomi wasn't able to ever beat Shikari.
Shikari on the other hand has no such emotions towards Hitomi. To her she is but a fellow kunoichi.
