As a child,she suffered from myopathy in her left tibialis anterior (a lower leg muscle) which caused her to have a less active lifestyle than what she was wanting have, which caused her to have it amputated and robotic prosthetic leg to replace it. Singing became her passion as she couldn't take on an active lifestyle. She doesn't trust romantic feelings after having her heart broken when she confessed her love to Pablo and he turned her down due to being gay.
