Here are some steps to follow.
1.Catch a dragon.
2.Put the whole dragon into a tiny turtle shell, *INCLUDING HIS WINGS*! (Turn it upside down will be better.)
3.Enjoy his expression and struggle and wait until he surrenders.

I really wanna muzzle him. Look at his face! How poor and lovely he is, oh gosh. He is so cute that make me wanna bully him. > < ~~~

Well the Textured Round Brush is extraordinary. And this idea has been in my head for a long time since I saw a turtle dragon (I don't know its name) in Rocket Slime 2.
