Another redraw of a very old art. Better (much better) composition, more lore-accurate details.

I tried to convey Riam's loneliness and lowkey suicidal thoughts at this time with less saturated colors on him, and the closer it is to Devi, the more bright and vibrant everything gets, implying how she was a bright light that helped him find the reason to keep going.

If anyone tells you "don't over think it maybe the curtains are blue because that's how they were drawn" ever again... Sometimes little detail were put there on purpose, and they do have a hidden meaning. Sometimes if you overthink it... You may find something very interesting.
