Description Colourful and flamboyant, these are soldiers of the Cohortes Moirai, the Enforcers of the Temple of Archalesia. From the outside, they look like staunch defenders in shining armour, ready to serve the citizens for the common good. But make no mistake, whispers from the streets say they are also the ones who carry out the Temple's shadier orders. Not only that, but they are also responsible for appointing puppet rulers.

Their uniform contrasts that of the Empire's standard legion, who have darker, simpler armour. What is known, however, is that they are the Emperor's secret police who are tasked with overseeing the public executions of heinous criminals, and when paired together with their extravagant parades at public events, is why they are so feared by the public as they are respected.

The Temple of Archalesia is headed by the Cardinal Emperor. It is the ruling body of the Empire of Heridia, an empire submerged beneath the deep waters, where both men and sea demons alike live, isolated from the rest of the world. Many within the surface merely see the drowned nation as nothing more than a myth. Some parts are fully flooded, hosting cities of Sea Demons loyal to the empire. Humans, on the other hand, live within the drier parts, where miraculous technologies power the cities. Artificial weather and sunlight come and go as a sky of water surrounds the glassy dome and metallic grids protecting everything else from the elements. This enables the empire and its citizens to farm for food.

Though, the once powerful legions that conquered lands are now reduced to nothing but gendarmes policing the empire... Life goes on within the empire as it had aeons ago, still maintained by its citizens.

Pictured here is a new character of mine, Theselia Galdemara. She's a temple enforcer who began having dark and violent memories, often clashing against what she remembers.
