This is Signuri Alessandro Felice di Valerio. Hailing from southern parts of the Alastrian peninsula, particularly from the Satrapy of Zaffiru, he is a former condottiero. Here, you can see him holding a mask of his human face, showing he's a sea demon disguised as a human male. Using a skinsuit that mimics the properties of the human skin, his appearance blends seamlessly with everyday folk that it's hard to notice anything strange about him.

He is the son of Rosamund and Rainolfo Cilesti di Valerio, a sea demon couple who worked their way into becoming aristocrats of the City of Saverina in Zaffiru.

His father was a prestigious barber from the City of Tassia, who in the past was a marine that served the Zaffiri Navy. He was known as Rainulf the Eagle among his peers. Even after his death, his son Alessandro looked up to him as if he was a hero, much to the dismay of Rosamund, who never wanted her son to be a mercenary.
