Not every story is always happy because the characters have to go through some bumps in the road in life to grow and become better than before so because Shinachiku is the son of the greast Naruto Uzumaki, the seventh hokage, he's expected to become the future hokage too by the village and especially by Naruto. Shinachiku didn't mind at first as a kid but as he started growing up he began wanting to become something else but he couldn't say anything about it to his father because he saw how much Naruto wanted him to become like him and didn't want disappoint him or anyone else. However the more he's expected to become hokage the more Shinachiku became distant to his father because Naruto is known to be oblivious to someone's feelings. This is one of the bumps both Naruto and Shinachiku will go through in life to become closer as father and son.(Sorry for my rambling
