The making of a space scene seems to be a step upon which all graphical artists tread at some stage or another. This wasn't quite my first attempt, but it was the first one that I was satisfied with - credit due to Greg Martin's tutorials. I'll probably be posting up a few more of these, hopefully displaying some progress as I go along. I have a few ideas for applying the techniques to more original compositions when I get new software for my stylus and tablet; and for when I can just be bothered to draw something.
