Name: Mortis Angelsbane

Age: Unknown but believed to be in his 20s

Species: Lichbane

Race: Japanese American

Living or Dead when reborn?: Dead

How did they die?: Unknown (doesn't like to talk about it)

Powers(?): Lich flames (ghostly blue and black), bone manipulation, levitation, physical magics (to enhance his body or mess with his opponent's), quite a few more that have yet to be used.

Personality: A man of few words, he is the type who prefers action over talk but does seem to have a caring side when needed. Most of the time he is aloof and actually hard to get along with.

Bio: Mortis was brought into a special agency after he woke up from his grave. He was soon assigned to the PIA and was paired with Rosen. Rosen seems to like him somewhat but mostly wants to wear his coat. (He also wears a trench coat but that isn't something I can make atm.) He doesn't get along with the authority figures of his division but due to his efficiency and success rate during his missions, no one can really argue with him about his inability to get along with the commander. For the most part, Mortis keeps to himself and only talks when he feels he should or he feels that the person he is talking to needs some words of wisdom.

(Lichbanes are my own species but the PIA and Rosen belong to my noot Davalon4Ever ) (Also Lichbanes are a closed species atm)
