Bio: Novia being the youngest of the three Evans boys, he was sold into human experimentation. Much like his brothers who were also forced into having their powers, Novia was forced to have a mix of his brothers powers as well as gaining a few of his own. He was also forced to endure much more extreme abuse at the hands of the P.I.A. His brothers and his own powers manifested due to the trauma they endured, Sadonia's powers are mostly physical due to his own physical abuse, Maxis was mental and Novia had both as well as another type that we won't get into... His powers and abuse caused him to mentally shatter, giving him a calm demenor while being completely insane. He will torture, maim, mentally break and kill anyone who stands in his way or if he just wants to. He finds new and often times gory ways to kill people. He also like Sadonia, has become obsessed with someone. Unlike Sadonia's person of choice where he had to chase them, Novia didn't have to chase much... They might like his insanity and can use it. Who knows?
