I don't really plan these out ahead of time. What I do is gather up my brother sister and boyfriend and we all take turns doing something in the scanner. Sometimes we plan things out and they turn out well, and sometimes we plan them out and it doesn't go as expected but turns out even cooler than planned. My boyfriend is the best at visualizing something ahead of time and then executing it in the scanner. The ones with my brother all look very similar because I don't let him open his eyes in the bright light of the scanner so he never knows when to move his face. I do all of the photoshop effects myself, but sometimes I take instruction from my boyfriend on how he wants it to look, he just doesn't know how to operate the program.

Do you plan these out before you start scanning, or do they just happen?
