Quite a few errors as far as I can see, but I'm too tired right now to fix 'em. I'll do a better job when it comes time to do his Act 2 bio. The lovely clouds are from the brush-making talents of :redheadstock:, whom I am crediting to let you know where to get cool brushes and because I don't want to forget where I got them. Doesn't Cosmo look so happy? At least while he's normal?

Cosmo was banished from Fairy World along with Wanda for breaking some of the more serious rules when Timmy died and was resurrected. Not unusually, he was cheerful about the decision; what was unusual was his thanking Jorgen for the ruling to render Timmy immune to other fairies. When it came time to protect his godchild in the darker Dimmsdale, Cosmo threw himself into praticing his magical aim and control of his magic. Additionally, since magic was useless against anti-magic devices, he learned to wield a scythe with lethal accuracy and speed.

It should be noted that, since Timmy's death and revival, Cosmo has been dipping into bouts of mental clarity that he can't always recall, and can sometimes be overly brutal in his attacks. Timmy and Wanda often have trouble curbing this.

Further information compromises future Acts.
